We had Easter at our house this year. This was my first time hosting Easter and it was really fun. We were blessed with great weather, and a nice time of fellowship with our family. The kids had an egg hunt, and even grandma and grandpa were able to come over and join us for dessert.

Easter at the Burns' farm

Every year for Easter growing up my family would go to the Burns' farm for an awesome egg hunt. This is the first year that Danny was able to take over for me.

So I've been wanting to make Ana a hat, but couldn't really remember how to crochet. I found a pattern for a women's hat that I really liked, and the amazing Amy DiNenna turned it into this beautiful baby hat. It was still a little big, but looks so cute. Now I just have to figure out how to make one on my own.

Preschool musical

All year I've been looking forward to Danny's first musical. I wasn't disappointed. He did great. Notice Kira standing next to him, she got really into it.

The skateboard was Dan's birthday present to himself. He said it makes him feel young. Danny decided to borrow the board and show Daddy how it's done.

Crazy Cat

I just thought these were too silly not to post. Thomas was just sitting like this on the sofa and Ana had to join him. We have a little video of her laughing at him while they are sitting there.

Soon she'll be as big as him.

It's Christmas Card time
